The location is so close to the metro and all city center sights, including the Prado, Thyssen, Museo de Arceologico, and Madrid's shopping streets. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The room comes with its own balcony and coffee.

Delightful small hotel, brilliant place for a short break. What a very, very nice and polite staff! More than adequate and lovely breakfast even for my restricted diet, exceptional service. Marvellous location, next door to an archaeological museum. Based near to the metro and bus stops, a nice shopping area, and transport and hop on bus. Very positive experience there.

The breakfasts are more than adequate, even for my restricted diet. The rooms are elegant and beautifully maintained, with a large sofa and kitchenette. The location is magnificent and stunning, right by Puerta de Alcala.

Was pleased that there was a kitchenette in the room. The location was fantastic for anyone running the Madrid Marathon. It afforded very easy access to both the start and finish lines.
Would have liked to have had breakfast in the garden courtyard.

The staff was very nice. The room was absolutely spotless and reasonably spacious. The hotel had a favorable location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Museum of the National Library. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable with a big cozy bed, and the hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the Museum of the National Library.

This hotel was a great base for our short break. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff were helpful. The location was ideal, right next to the main attractions in Madrid. We visited a few places in the city center, which weren't too far from the hotel. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a nice perk.
